Returns, Refunds and Replacement Policy

We are privileged for you being our patron and using our services. We are dedicated for your service and here we are to help you. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of WDI Hair Labs.

  • You can initiate an exchange request by dropping us an email on info@wdihairlabs.com within 3 days of the order reaching you and we will get back to you with the return address and other details for the exchange procedure. Once the wig reaches us, it will undergo a thorough evaluation to check whether the wig is eligible for a exchange request.Wig will be considered worn if the labels are removed or if the wig has lost its original form. If yes, we shall immediately process you request – in such a case administrative charges of Rs. 2500 shall be charged.
  • Once hair fixing/Bonding /patching is done, as this is a service, there is no return or cancellation. We do not issue refunds for hair fixing/Bonding /patching, once hair fixing/Bonding /patching is done.
  • Once Hair fixing/Bonding is done, it is your responsibility to maintain the hair system as per the provided guidance.
  • We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues regarding the hair system.

If you are not happy with hair fixing/Bonding /patching,

  • We recommend you to wait for few days(at least for a week), so that you feel comfortable with your new hair system and you grew confident about your new look.
  • Still if you are uncomfortable, we recommend you to visit us for re-fixing of hair according to your comfort and need.(charges applicable ).Please bring along,receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If you remove the hair system by yourself without our guidance or get it removed in any other hair salon, we will terminate our service, .i.e we will not extend our service to you in any way and no refund possible.
  • All our Hair products are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not entertain items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.
  • Human hair extensions, that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with, if returned, will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as opened merchandise or used hair system will not be refunded.
  • Ladies Wigs/ Men Wigs are fixed as per your styling requirement hence once fixed

cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customized orders/ Products are specifically made hence cannot be returned, exchanged.
